HO WEST DCE INITIATES INDUSTRIAL PARKS CREATION TO ACCELERATE DEVELOPMENT

On Wednesday, 4th September 2024, the District Chief Executive (DCE) of Ho West, Honourable Ernest Victor Apau, held an important meeting with the Chiefs and Elders of Awudome Tsito. The focus of the engagement was the creation of industrial parks in the Ho West District, aimed at accelerating local economic development.

During the meeting, the DCE revealed the establishing a total of three (3) industrial parks across the district by the end of November 2024. This project is part of broader efforts to attract investors, create job opportunities, and provide other socioeconomic benefits, particularly for the youth.

The DCE emphasized that he has been in continuous dialogue with local landowners throughout the year to secure the necessary land and facilitate the creation of these parks.

The Chiefs and Elders of Awudome Tsito expressed their appreciation for the DCE initiative and acknowledged the positive impact it would have on the district.
